As professional window fitters we are privileged to travel far and wide, visiting lovely properties of all types in the course of our work. Sometimes though, we have the pleasure of completing a project at a house that is quite unlike any other before it. It’s not every day you find yourself in a converted windmill, but this was the situation the Topline team found themselves in during a recent job at a property on Butser Hill, near Waterlooville.
The homeowners were refurbishing this stunning property and knew the perfect company to get in touch with for double glazed windows that would complement the appearance of the building whilst offering high levels of insulation and security. We discussed their requirements, offering advice and guidance, and they opted for uPVC windows and doors with bold, white frames which look fantastic against the darker colour of the building.
Fitting windows in a converted windmill certainly isn’t an experience our window and door installers will forget in a hurry! With the new windows and doors in place we’re sure you’ll agree that the property looks as fantastic as some of the beautiful scenery in its Butser Hill surroundings.
