We provide new guttering which each fascia board installation A choice of coloured boards or shiplap cladding are available.

The options to choose from are to cloak over existing fascia boards and underside cladding with new pvcu boards with a choice of colour subject to the condition of the existing wooden board

The most cost effective way is to cloak over subject to the condition of existing timber fascia-board

A further option is to take down existing timber fascia boards and refit pvcu boards in this option the underside timber soffit boards or asbestos-lux type would need to be replaced with pvcu , and air vents fitted to comply with Building  regulations.

Both options are fitted with eves protection trays placed under the first three front rows of roof tiles. This allows the rain water to drain into guttering in the event of the existing felt under the first few rows of  tiles found to be perished .

Cladding / ship lap if cladding exists in plastic or timber this would be taken down, and timber noggins checked, and renewed if in poor condition as with the plastic membrane to prevent damp to wall.

Should we be starting from scratch with a bare wall, ship-lap timber noggins with a plastic membrane are fitted as standard .
