The standard Topline patio awning is a cassette type awning with a motorised action for folding and unfolding. This high quality awning is available in a range of sizes and the tough and durable fabric is available in a range of colours and patterns.
Topline will either supply your patio awning with easy fitting instructions or fit the unit for you.
Guarantee: The complete unit carries a 5 year guarantee on parts.
A) The sleak cassette protects the fabric when the awning if folded away. A tough anodised finish with stainless steel fittings protects against the weather.
B) As standard, the smooth action is motorised for easy unfolding. A hand powered option is available.

Fitting and optional equipment
Fixing Awnings to Bungalows Fitting the awning to a bungalow can require special brackets depending on the eave height and the available wall space where the brackets will be located. If flat style plates can be used, add £175 for lengths up to 4 metres. If space demands over shaped bungalow brackets, add £350 for lengths up to 4 metres. Additional over brackets for longer awnings are priced at £180 each.  |
