Roofing material
Heatshield reflective opal 25mm polycarbonate roofing is included at no extra charge and is fitted as standard. Note that we do offer two types of glass roof. Estimated costs are shown below but please telephone to confirm actual price.

Additional opening windows
The standard design includes four opening fanlights - the small windows above the main glazed area. Extra opening fanlights are referred to as 'openers'.
